When I finally received my Bernini metal hose, the nozzle didn't work. It gave out a weak solid stream and would not adjust to spray or turn off water.
I received a replacement after contacting Bernini, again after about a week, it worked fine.
I am disappointed in the hose connections and nozzle. You have a steel hose but cheap plastic connections and nozzle. Also it does not wind up very well into the tub.
I bought my hose in April from QVC. I had reported to you that the nozzle came cracked and you were gracious enough to replace it. The problem now is the hose end that connects to the main nozzle is leaking a lot of water. Im really disappointed because all I use it for is to water my grass and plants but now I can't use it without getting all wet.
The first nozzle leaked and customer service was excellent in replacing it. But, the new one also leaks. It seem the connection between the nozzle and hose cannot be tight enough to prevent leakage.
I ordered the hose From QVC and when it arrived, the nozzle was cracked. I called QVC and they said to send it back but I really wanted this hose so I contacted your company to see if I could get a replacement. They were very helpful and replaced the nozzle. I put the hose in place yesterday and I really like it a lot. The handle is very comfortable and it’s lightweight and easy to wind up. Thank you for replacing the cracked nozzle. The new one looks great and works well. We absolutely love the Bernini hoses, we got rid of all the plastic stuff that didn't last OR work well. I bought one for myself when I first saw it on QVC and my husband made fun of it, said there's no way that it's better than his. Well, he found out they ARE better and we only use them. They're sturdy, weather doesn't destroy them, easy to use and to put up. Winner!!!
The hose nozzle was delivered with a crack in it. I called customer service. The agent was very helpful and patient. He clearly explained what the process was and said my replacement would be sent out. I received a confirmation email and an email when the item shipped. It arrived within a few days. All in all, an extremely pleasant experience. Thank you!
I'll be honest and say that the first Fireman style nozzle I received had a slight crack in it. I had ordered it via QVC but I reached out to Bernini and they replaced it with a brand new nozzle free of charge. The nozzle itself is your basic nozzle. Something my dad had in the 60's. Bernini 9-Pattern Easy Grip Garden Hose Nozzle I got that nozzle yesterday and love it. That nozzle is a 5 star.
