Your item must be in a new and unused condition. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. If the timeframe is past the 30 days, the item will not be eligible for a return.
Please note: You are responsible for your return shipping costs. The amount of the refund will be based on the purchase price of the product. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you may wish to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call with an update on your return request. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method used on the order. If a refund is issued, please allow 5 to 7 business days for this transaction to appear on your statement.
