The pump arrive broken. Customer service is very difficulty to get a hold of. Once I finally did, they offered a replacement but they are out of stock of the color I originally wanted so had to get a color I wasn't really thrilled about. I asked for expedited shipping, was told yes, but still will take a week to get. Very underwhelming at this point.

The tip of the pump was broken off and lodged in the hose. Why would it be assembled before shipping? I used 'super glue' to repair it, and it functions. I didn't want to go through the shipping and the hassle that goes with a return; luckily, I could repair it. Dissatisfied.
