I lost the spray head and after ordering the 3-pack of replacement heads my hummingbirds are glad to have it back!
I have been trying for days to get the pump replaced under warranty because as you can see the tip in the middle of the pump is not there. This is a new Lecce fountain, just purchased and I cannot get an answer on getting a new replacement pump. I have already sent pictures to the website I was given. Can someone please help me.
I purchased my fountain from QVC. I thought there was something wrong with it. I ended up calling the fountain company and they sent me the toppers for the different fountain and I also thought it was broke, but I didn’t realize I had to put batteries in it the gentleman was very helpful so I would say if you were purchasing from QVC, you need to be aware that we have to put batteries in them.I got it pretty rapidly. I got my batteries in and I love it !!!!!
Love my Bernini fountain!
I prefer the short tip which allows the water to fall back on the tip in a nice way. Have not used the others with this fountain.
I love my Bernini fountain! It is easy to operate and light enough to move anywhere I want to put it. My batteries last all summer long. So peaceful to sit on the patio with a glass of wine and listen to the water.

I must admit I really enjoy and love my fountains! I recently had a Regency era garden party. The large fountain added to the regency atmosphere ! My smaller fountain was placed on our buffet table and looked great on the table! However;when we were dismantling our table and fountain we lost the dancing water caps.Now we have ordered and received the new caps and have placed them in a safe place! I finally got the Dancing Water features to work. But it is very difficult to change from one to another, as they are difficult to get off. Any ideas? Gary Guenther

Your battery-powered system is NOT reliable at all; loses power too fast; takes too long to remove and replace batteries. Not worthwhile at all!
