I got my Fountain and it was packed really well. Took me less than 10 minutes to put it together, add water and batteries and had it running. I absolutely love it.
We love our fountain. It has become a wonderful addition to our terrace. Love the sound of the water. It was so easy to assemble, I was a bit surprised! Super easy to turn on and off - we haven’t tried programming it yet., but that’s next!

I received the fountain and assembled it, which was very easy. The problem is that the fountain is not level. I tried to make it level but realized that the top piece has 3 pegs on it to make it level but one is missing. I called several times to get a replacement piece and was finally told to just remove the other 2 pegs. I asked why the pegs are there at all if I could just remove them. No one could give me an answer. I was put on hold for 30 minutes and then told that I could not remain on hold and that someone would call me back. That was 4 days ago and no one has called me back. I am not satisfied with the customer service. It’s a shame because I do really like the fountain. I would just like for the defective part to be replaced so that the fountain can be level.
I love the fountain. It was very easy to follow instructions to put it together and start it. I am so glad I only needed four D batteries to operate it. Also glad it can start and stop automatically. Thank you.

This was a gift for my mom’s birthday & she absolutely loves it. I have a Bernini fountain as well & she enjoyed mine when she would visit so I got her one of her own & she couldn’t be happier.

I love this how versatile this fountain is! It can be used as a stand alone or table top fountain, and you can use the other parts as planters!!! How cool is that!!!! I had to contact customer service due to a small issue and they were amazing!!!! I highly recommend this company! 😊
Box came beat up. Parts seemed OK. Informed seller of the issue and never got a response. This may work but customer support and shipping seem lacking
Very easy to set up. Part of a new song bird garden. Plants are coming soon. The birds are enjoying it.
This was a warranty replacement. It was initially ordered from QVC and Bernini promptly replaced it, which I greatly appreciated but the new fountain arrived discolored, with uneven "coloring/coating" in the bowl! Luckily, I don't stand over the fountain, looking in, but instead enjoy the sound from a distance. But still, the lack of quality control is a bit disheartening. I've purchased numerous fountains in the past with no issues; so, I'm not sure what's going on with this model. The fountain looks OK with water in it and sounds great when it's on. I love the timer feature! Compared to previous models, it appears that the battery is better sealed within the fountain.
Is there anyway to get the fount to run more than six hours? Why doit have to be started each time it is to work. The fountain looks great was super easy to assemble.
The fountain is very well built. All pieces fit together seamlessly and it looks wonderful. It is light and eadily moved into position. The water flow is great and I appreciate having differing tips to change the waterfall. I'm thrilled tgat I am not restricted by nearness to a plug-in. Thank you so much for making this high quality product

THIS IS THE SECOND FOUNTAIN WE PURCHASED FROM YOU. THE FIRST WAS THE ALBA NOW THIS ONE. WE LOVE BOTH. WE HAVE THEM AT EITHER END OF OUR BACK AREA. SINCE WE LIVE IN A WOODED, RURAL AREA, THE FOUNTAINS ARE QUITE THE ATTRACTION TO OUR LOCAL WILDLIFE WHICH ADDS TO OUR PLEASURE. BEING ABLE TO SIT AND ENJOY NATURE WITH THEIR SOUNDS IS SO RELAXING. VERY HAPPY WITH BOTH PURCHASES.

The accessories to bubble the water don’t work and keep popping off. I sent an email to Customer Service to rectify this and got absolutely no response.
Its missing the dancing water arrachments & the battery compartment!!
Company to provide replacement pump for this fountain. I was loving my fountain. Purchased in 2024 but the pump stopped working. The pump is out of stock. Fountain is useless now. It was mentioned to me to convert the fountain into solar. If I wanted a solar fountain I would have purchased one.

We've had a number of Bernini Fountains only to have them fail for some reason after a period of time. We purchased one with the D- cell battery pack last July only to have the pump Fail this past June after three months of use. When I tried to order a new pump, your site said out of stock. I don't understand not stocking parts for something you sell.
I like the quality of materials but am having issues with the water not filling the topper so the pump runs dry. Hoping customer service can help me figure this out because none of the instructions or videos have helped me determine the issue.
My pump malfunctioned after only three weeks of using it. I called the help line number and was told a replacement pump would be available in eight months. She asked me if that was okay and I said no. She told me someone from their warehouse would call me back the same day to rectify the problem. A day and a half later and no phone call. I have a year warranty and expect a solution.
The battery box will not open.. the screws will not release the 2 parts.. paid 269.00 for this and NOT ABLE TO WORK IT!!!!!
