It is a bit disappointing. The metal hose was a Christmas gift. I used the 1st hose for 2 months, when it started leaking from the nozzle. Then it started leaking from the hose. I received a replacement. Thanks for the R&D department for sending a replacement. This replacement hose also leaks from the nozzle. Yikes. I am really disappointed in the poor quality of Bernini hoses.
I would give a 5 star but the grip switch handle leaks I contacted customer service and sent pictures of the grip switch handle but I have not gotten a response

Nice and sturdy.
I loved my hose and how easy it was to store until it started to leak just after two yrs. Apparently the inner lining doesn't weather well. Such a shame. And they only warranty it for 1 yr.
Ordering the hose was a very pleasant experience. We were replacing a Bernini hose that had busted. We tried to get it to reach further than we should have. Unfortunately, it leaked considerably, it had to be replaced. We got the longer 100' to replaced the 75'. Hopefully, we'll never have to stretch like that again.
I received the Bernini expend metal hose. When I turned the nozzle shutoff to "off" the nozzle shutoff drip water from the screw. I tried to tighten the screw but I needed a smaller Phillip screwdriver. So I decided the next time I go to a home improvement store I would just buy a new nozzle.
The first one I had torn or split in several areas so this is a replacement. I have not used it yet .
Lightweight and easy to role. Love the spray nozzles.
Customer service was very efficient and the hoses were replacements and so far are good

My original berini hose had a leak and I am so impressed with the customer service that was provided. I haven't opened my new hose yet but I know that if I have another problem, it will be handled promptly. thank You Ms. Gretchen taylor.

Hoses wonderful it’s lightweight easy to handle stores easily pressure is great love the nozzle love everything about it. It’s great.
I purchased 2 75 ft hoses so I had the length I needed to water my garden. The hoses are very light, even at 150 ft. They are durable along the length of the hose as advertised. However, within 2-3 months the hose starting leaking where the hose meets the nozzle. This area is too vulnerable to stress in my opinion. The company’s one year warranty did cover a replacement fortunately but I was responsible to pay a whopping $20 shipping charge.

Hi, I'm old and i wish i could send you pictures, but i'm challenged by technology. I do have a suggestion on the female side of the hose make the connection shorter it won't fit in a tight area so you wont put the end in a kink position. Thanks again.
I loved the customer service. Tech was very personable and helpful. I received my replacement as told. I won't be using it til next spring. So I'm prepared.
We have not had a chance to use it. My husband has been in the hospital. It has turned cold and it may be Spring before we can use it. Thank you.

Easy to use
Thank you so much for getting us a replacement hose. It’s the best one I have ever had. I have a lot of flowers in baskets and pots and this hose makes it so easy to maneuver around the yard. Thanks again for a great product.

Light weight
I bought 2 bernini hoses in the past few years and both developed leaks. I do like the light weight and flexibility of The hose but didn't expect them o develope rhe leaks. They were taken care of and stored inside in the winter. I do appreciate the one being replaced but would reconsider purchasing another.
