The solar unit did not work even after I did the testing. Returned: Padru Bird Bath Fountain. Order # 9289944457 The wrong item was sent. Padru Solar Pump. # LG7300 Please send the correct Bird Bath Fountain. Tried to send photos did not work.
The new pump seems to be working fine I returned the old broken one.
Colors are very nice and the charge lasts a long time

You could have begun by sending me the correct pump that has parts that actually fit together so it works. The gentleman I spoke to assured me the pump is the same one that came with your fountain that I purchased from HSN. It is not the same. It has a different mechanism that does not fit under the round solar panel. It does not attach and just sits there looking bad on the side of the panel. Most of the various water fountain attachments do not fit anywhere, as if the wrong parts were thrown into the box belonging to a different pump. I'm very disappointed in the entire setup and was assured by your agent that I could return it if it is not right for one year. Regardless, everything about this pump is wrong & unfortunately you do not answer the phone, saying "high call volume", which just makes the whole thing more aggravating. I was purchasing this extra pump because the original pump does not live up to the stated three hours of of working after dark so I was buying this extra pump so I could charge it all day and exchange it for the spent one in the evening. Turns out it wasn't such a great idea cause this pump is not what it was supposed to be, and I would like to not have this hanging over my head, by taking care of this as soon as possible, if somebody would just call me back and hopefully I will be here when they call!
