Love this fountain! No clogs when the leaves fall in because it's filtered out by the design. It's really a great aesthetic addition to the yard and the birds love it as well.

It’s beautiful. I was looking for a small fountain to design a project for my birds. And this one is just the right one. I turned on just to make sure everything is right with it. It works well so far. But, I haven’t started the design. The moment I finish it I would send you a picture and hopefully everything will go right. Thank you for helping me bring my ideas and designs come to life and make my life beautiful.
This is poorly made. The battery compartment won’t open
Send the right tubing and answer emails. The fountain never turned on. I’d like to return. It.
Really nice fountain but the smaller fountain tower piece that sits in the large base is not very stable… doesn’t screw into the well but rather just sits loosely in there. Also- this same part of the fountain holds the black battery compartment with the tubing and small motor/water pump but the tubing is too long so it hits the base of the fountain which doesn’t allow the black insert to fit flush into the fountain tower. Just seems like some small adjustments could be made design and function wise but it’s working and it looks nice in our garden.
I received the product damaged. It had dents throughout and anytime I put a cap on the water tip. It would just pop out when the water turned on here. I am in one week later now the fountain doesn't work when I press on the app button it works for a few minutes. In the turns off and now it's not working at all completely died. How is this possible the biggest garbage I spent my money on and I'm gonna get my money back.
I love the classic formal design and the structures sturdiness of the product. I can't wait to set it up.

I was too taken with the price and did not read enough to understand it was battery operated. Not very powerful. Cute and the cats love it. Which is probably good enough!🙄

Packaged well. Easy to unpack and set up. Instructions on operating were clear and easy to read. Runs great. The only thing I dislike is the fact that the battery compartment and water attachments are not light beige like the fountain color. For me, the black takes away from the continuity of the lines. I am going to look into a paint that is waterproof.

Have not been able to get the fountain to work after following startup instructions and repeating numerous times. Called the customer service number and left a message but have had no response.

Shipped fast and was added to a concrete stand I had from an old cracked bird bath. Love the sound. Will buy another for the inside of our greenhouse.
Wish it was rechargeable instead of 4 "D" batteries
