Wrong size sent. I sent 2 emails to customer service with this picture and have received a response. I am disappointed as I have had these hoses for 10 years

Easiest hose to use around my garden! Light weight and does’t kink. Love it.
so far, it appears that this hose is working a lot better than the ones it replaced. I am pretty sure it has to do with the previous hoses being expandable. thank you for your great customer service in handling the issue.
I really like how light weight the hose is.
I love the hose. It’s very flexible. I did not like the nozzle. It doesn’t do anything but spray a straight line so I just bought a different nozzle to put on it.
Very lightweight would have loved to have it in 100 foot. Don’t like the nozzle on it.

The size of the hose should be 5/8 inches, Why? The pressure coming out is not strong enough, there's actual no pressure this causes to use more water, and more cost. Thank you for the asking. Alfonso. P.S. FYI. This information is not said in QVC when they advertise the hose. Thank you Again.
