This product has a one year limited warranty on all materials and workmanship. Bernini warrants the original purchaser of this product that the product will be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
If within one (1) year this product fails due to defect in material or workmanship, Bernini will repair, replace or supply any defective part at their discretion.
The purchaser must contact Bernini and provide a description of the defective part, including digital pictures if requested, with this original purchase documentation as validation of warranty coverage.
This warranty does not cover or apply to: (a) damage to the product due to misuse, mishandling, and abuse, (b) products not used in accordance with instructions, (c) product not assembled or installed according to instructions, and (d) normal wear and tear.

These are not very bright to be honest. For the price they should be brighter. They are well made but the light certainly disappoints.

One of my lights quit working and the company replaced them at no charge. I really appreciate the great customer service. The lights themselves do not put out much light, but I have them at the sides of my house where it is very dark so at least I get some light.

These lights are very attractive but after only a few days of use, one of them did not light up at all. What I did appreciate was that Bernini offered a new set of 4 lights plus the attachments for a shipping charge of $18 which was not bad. The new lights shipped allowed me to replace the light not working and add a few more lights to my yard. So far, all lights are working.

I recieved the replacement from Berninni and there was the same problem on the new ones. I was unable to remove the film mentioned in step #3, which covered the solar panel. the instructions state that if it is not removed the unit can not work at full capacity. I sent them both back. I will strongly advise any of the QVC buyers from trusting in the represented quality of a Berninni product or service................

I love the design of these lights; however, I was hoping for a brighter light. They had a little trouble getting the piece together. I really had to push the two pieces together, but they never quite fit together completely, leaving a little space between them. The price is excellent.
