My beautiful Fountain was so easy to put together and your wonderful. Customer service gave me great tutorial on how to get dancing waters. I’m thrilled with the purchase and the really fast delivery …now I’m just waiting for the birds to come and take a bath or a drink.
I like that you can program the fountain to come on every day, but I wish there were an option for it to run longer than four hours each day. A remote control would also be nice, instead of having to stick your finger in the water. That aside, the fountain is of good quality. Having the versatility to assemble the fountain in multiple configurations it is outstanding.
This is a beautiful, portable fountain that can be assembled a variety of ways. It was easy to assemble (besides struggling a bit with the battery portion). It compliments my landscaping well. If I don’t want to use the fountain, I can place a bird feeder on top. I like how it has different options on how to use it.It is cordless and takes 4- D batteries. I bought rechargeable batteries to save money in the long run. You can set a timer for the fountain to run 1-4 hours per day at the same time.
I really enjoyed this fountain! It was quick to assemble, and I love that it's completely cordless, so you can place it almost anywhere without worrying about an outlet. It comes with several interchangeable spray nozzles, and I especially liked two of the spray patterns. The stone-like finish looks great and it's lightweight enough to move around if needed. I also recommend using rechargeable lithium D batteries to save on replacements. Overall, it's a beautiful, relaxing addition to my yard.

Super easy assembly. Lightweight but still heavy enough to stay upright. Very durable material. I love that it's cordless and runs on D batteries, and that I can configure it in multiple different ways. Plus the timer is perfect!

I LOVE my fountain. It's the 4th Bernini fountain that I've purchased through the years. They all still work. I just love the way they look and the sound of the running water throughout my yard. Their customer service is over the top. I haven't dealt with such great customer service in a long time. Great fountain
I love how you can turn the fountain on and not worry about leaving, and remembering that you didn't turn the fountain off. The fountain turns off automatically after 6 hours. It's a breeze to clean, and set up was intuitive.
I really like the fountain itself, but the pump doesn’t work 100% right. The “B”button that should set an automatic timer doesn’t respond, the led light never blinks, so the automatic timer feature doesn’t work at all. Every day I have to go turn it on manually, which is kind of annoying. I called Customer Service to ask for a replacement pump, and was told it’s out of stock and was put on a waitlist to receive one. It’s a nice fountain, but it sucks that it doesn’t work right and the company can’t make it right. Not sure was worth the price paid considering I have a faulty one upon receipt and now have to wait until who knows when on the promise they’ll replace it later

Had ordered taupe. It is dark brown. Way too dark. I don't call taupe a dark color according with your pictures of the fountains. Had problems with this order. Finally after the help of Greg this order got straighten out.

I bought a fountained before love the sound in the evening so relaxing. There is no sound as the sound of water cascading. I will purchase again. .

I love the fountain...but your customer service is poor. I've left 3 messages for 3 days to report a product issue but no one calls me back. That really detracts from how I feel about your company. Great customer service is everything but you guys miss the mark.

This fountain is all that I’ve been looking for and more! No cords to deal with, easy set up, and just darn nice looking. I love the timer aspect and all that it’s missing is a night light that allows you to see the running water! Love it!

I am so pleased with this high quality fountain. Light weight, beautiful color in my garden, Taupe. I myself put it together with such clear directions. You are to be commended for such a gorgeous working fountain on 4 D batteries. When it started up about 15 birds immediately heard its lovely sound and came to check it out. I was so very happy and simply sat very quietly watching. Looking forward to years of service. Thank you so much, what a treasure.
