Love the fountain. It allowed me to hold on to my large solar fountain that gave out. I was disappointed that Bernini would not price match its product. I saw this fountain on QVC for half price, called and got “sorry we can not”. They were okay to have it returned. I expected more from Bernini Fountain Company customer care service…Shocking and disappointing. May be the last time I order from them, now I know what to expect or not.
I purchased this with the intention of electrifying it. It was simple to do and worked out beautifully. I love it!!
I absolutely love the 2-IN-1 Cappello Fountain Tower! The water fountain effects are beautiful and create such a relaxing, elegant look in my outdoor space. It is far more attractive and effective than the typical floating solar fountains I’ve used before. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to control the water flow. I can adjust it exactly how I want without constantly repositioning it or dealing with inconsistent spraying. Best of all — it’s completely wireless, which makes setup simple and keeps everything looking clean and uncluttered. If you’re looking for a fountain that is stylish, easy to use, and actually enhances your garden or pond, this one is definitely worth it!
Love the fountain. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was I had difficulty putting it together. I emailed customer care and received and email saying they will be in contact. I never received contact. I was able to figure out the problem on my own. I took off the rain cap based on another review I had read.
Bernini’s customer service is the BEST I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. These days no one listens, no one really cares about your concerns HOWEVER Bernini’s is excellent, I would recommend everyone purchase their items from Bernini, they won’t regret it!!
I purchased the 2-in-1 Cappello Fountain Tower on August 3, 2026 and received the tower on August 6, 2026. I left a voice mail message on the telephone number on your website on 8/6 but have not received a returned call. I tried calling again today but after on hold for 15 minutes, the call disconnected. The item I received was only a tower and top but the base or bowl as shown on the website and on this review request for this item was not included. Please contact me at 707-889-3362 to let me know the status of us receiving the base that the tower sits in to catch the water so the birds can bathe in the water. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.

I love my fountains! They make my garden so relaxing. The wildlife absolutely love it too.
I wish I could use it. One of the screws holding the battery compartment is cranked down so tight it won't loosen. I'm already starting to strip it. Any ideas? Right now it's jus an expensive paperweight.
The fountain is nice looking, but operation was not what I was hoping for. The rain shower cap is nothing like rain - it shoots water everywhere - so I couldn’t use it. Other fountain tips were not functioning well either, so a simple short bubble was what I was stuck with. Rather disappointed.
I love the fountain. It is so nice to sit on my deck and just hear the water. The pump has perfect water flow/pressure.
The top piece can’t be used because parts are missing. A bird feeder I ordered is also missing and I’ve left several messages and emails
This is the second fountain I’ve purchased and I love them both. I wanted the second one for outside my office window, because I so enjoy the peaceful water sounds. Couldn’t be happier!
I love this fountain!! This is my second one. It works excellent and the timer is the best feature. I love coming home from work and it being on and giving me that relaxing feeling immediately.
Love my tower! The way it trickles down keeps it from splashing out of the bowl.
I thought I could run it continuously, but it seems it can only run for 5 hours a day.

I t works fine except the little topper gets dislodged by the spray of water. So I took it off, added some rocks so you don’t see the black base. It works great Instructions need to be bigger and darker print for my aging eyes Overall I like it.
