Wrong connection for my battery 🪫 the switch looks good but the connection to the battery is not correct.. mine is more like one for an old style phone charger.

It’s working but you need to have more replacement parts available!
So easy to order and came in a timely fashion. Once I was able to get the old one off it was so easy to hook up the new switch. Great engineering! I have had many hours of enjoyment from my fountain and plan on many years ahead! Thank you!
Much needed replacement part.
I called 619)449-2392. Many times and the recording Tells you that you’ll get a “Call Back” which you Do Not get. I wanted to know which Replacement Part I should buy to get my FOUNTAINS working again. I have yet to hear from CustomerCare But once I took a Chance and ordered a Part, Suddenly I’m getting several Emails asking for a Review… Well the Fountain STILL doesn’t work. And I called CustomerCare again to speak before ordering another Part; No Response as of Yet !
Easy to change out the old switch and the new one works fine.
