I bought a small fountain to see how it worked and to see how well it did through the spring, summer and fall seasons.. I really liked it and I’ll probably still use it but I bought a bigger one and it is just perfect.😍 bought on sale with free shipping. Yeah I didn’t hesitate.
The battery compartment does not unscrew so am unable to put batteries in. Fountain is unusable until I receive a new part. Told you were going strictly to solar so they are sending one of the 2 units you have remaining. I purchased 2 other of your fountains thru QVC in May & June, which are solar & they quit working within 2 months. The necessary parts are on back order so I have 3 new fountains that don’t work. I have purchased 7 of your fountains so am very unhappy with your new products.
Easy setup. Nice attachments. I would recommend.
Missing a piece - left message to try to get corrected
I have two of similar Bernini fountains. They are white instead of black, but exactly the same construction. The fountain itself is excellent. It's easy to put together, clean, and weathers very well. What is wrong: the battery-operated pump. The pump failed within six months, and its replacement stopped working after just two months. It leaks, wets the batteries, and fails—likely because water enters through the top and damages the buttons over time. Bernini does not replace the pumps, and a new one is expensive.
Love the quality of the unit. Beautiful coloring as well. Can’t wait to try it out.
Love it. Looks expensive but isn’t Doesn’t look like it’s resin. Easy to put together. Totally satisfied.
