Just got the battery. The first one only ran for a few hours. Just getting used to the new fountain. Have been impressed with the customer support. Will let you know how long the new battery lasts
Batteries for fountain work great!
I was hoping to get a pump that these would run. A pump I thought you would sale separately. Called customer service. Not much help. I'll send these back. Not interested in dealing with your company again.
The new battery and charger worked great
I didn't realize the battery connection would be different than on my Bernini Sienna fountain and it is not available on your website, as are many other items. I called the number on the website several times and NO ONE ever answers. The voice answering the phone does not say Bernini Fountains; she says something about engineering or industrial business, but you can't understand the name. I have left a few messages and my number and have never been contacted. I really want to continue to use my fountain on my patio again, but cannot get it to work. I have looked for parts on the internet and it always takes me to Bernini's website where nearly everything says "Sold Out". Have you actually gone out if business?? So frustrating for a great product to have such lousy Customer Service.

I totally restored my old Bernini fountain with all new parts and it is like new again. The only thing I am missing is a remote to the switch, which would be nice to have..
