I bought the 75' hose and appreciate the quality construction of where it attaches to the faucet (no leaks) and the nozzle that came with the hose. It is easier to coil up and then just pull to expand out its 75' with no kinks - than a traditional hose.

I love Bernini hoses, they are so easy to use, they store great and don't take up much space. They're so light I can easily carry it around, you can't do that with a 100 foot rubber hose!

Please revise the Bernini hoses so that they can be repaired, we spend a lot of money on hoses and it’s frustrating to continue replacing them… The quality and usability of the hose is awesome except when they fail… It feels that it is inevitable that we have to replace them… The Warrenty should be more than a year…. Thank you for replacing this last hose we bought but if this hose fails again we should have 1 more year from the new hose you sent us… It is getting difficult to get friends, family to buy the Bernini Product, we have bought many for our family for occasions….

Item description is incorrect as it says the Pro Series Metal Garden Hose is 5/8 in Inner Diameter. It's actually 5/8 in outer diameter. This results in significantly different flow rates. I've found this to be a common problem for garden hose listings mixing up inner and outer diameter. Still waiting on a response from the company regarding returning the product.

Bought 75" metal hose 3 years ago on QVC. After 3 years of lite usage mostly watering trees and hosing off patio it now leaks very badly. I thought that a metal hose would be much more durable, especially at the price point that this is. Not recommended.
